Account
fortop exclusively supplies businesses. Without a VAT number, it is not possible to place an order.
With an account on the Product Portal, you can view and manage your details 24/7. Your account provides access to all orders, invoices, and quotes from recent years. Additionally, you can consult documentation for all items and get direct insight into current prices, stock levels, and delivery times.
Are you already a fortop customer? Please contact our customer service team. They will activate your account, giving you direct access to your personal details on the Product Portal.
Are you not yet a fortop customer? Visit the Create profile page on our website and follow the steps to create an account.
Click 'Forgot password' on the login page and enter your email address. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
On the Product Portal, you can easily update your details by clicking the “My account” button and then selecting “Edit profile” in the menu. Here, you can modify your details.
As an administrator, you can add multiple employees to your account. Each employee will receive their own personal login credentials. You can assign roles and permissions to these employees.
Via the 'My account' button, select the menu item “Manage users”. Here, you can create new users and assign roles.
The administrator can assign user roles with different permissions so that not all users see the same information.
Articles
The advanced search function on our Product Portal allows you to search by item number, supplier code, and description. You can also filter within a product group based on required specifications. Your order history shows the products previously ordered by your organisation.

Certifications can be found in the specifications of an item or in the associated datasheets (these can be found under the ‘Documents’ section). If the required certification is not listed, please contact us for more information.

Under the ‘Documents’ section on a product page, you can find downloadable documents. If your required document (STP/DWG/ZIP/GSD) is not listed, please contact us.
Stock
The number of items in stock is displayed under the word “Available” on a product page.

Orders
Yes, you can request a quote first. Click the 'Send me a quote' button on a product page. Add all required items to the quote and send it as a combined quote request.
Placing your orders through the Product Portal simplifies, organises, and speeds up the purchasing process. Ordering involves three steps:
- Add the required items to your shopping cart.
- Verify the items, personal details, and delivery address.
- Complete your order using iDEAL, credit card, or on account.
fortop does not impose a minimum order value. For orders under €250.00, an order and shipping fee of €15.00 is charged. For orders over €250.00, no order and shipping fees apply. Some items may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Delivery
Items in stock and ordered before 1:00 pm* are shipped the same business day. For delivery times of non-stock items, we recommend contacting us via contact. fortop aims to send an order confirmation with a delivery date within 1-3 business days.
Yes, the delivery address can easily be changed during the ordering process before the order is placed. If you want to change the address after placing the order, please contact us.
fortop delivers standard via UPS.
It is possible to have your order delivered in Belgium. Please use the Belgian version of our Product Portal (shop.fortop.be).
During checkout, you can specify a preferred delivery date. For further questions about delivery dates, please contact us.
Payment
On our Product Portal, you can pay using a credit card or iDEAL. After your first order, it is also possible to pay on account. For more information on payment methods, please contact us.
The first online order with fortop must always be paid in advance. Thereafter, it may be possible to order on account, subject to agreement.
The prices displayed on our Product Portal are exclusive of VAT.
You can download your orders, quotes, and invoices via the menu. Click on the 'Orders, invoices, and quotes' menu item to download the desired documents.
